Rental Rates
Refundable Deposit Required ($200 for 2 bdrm units; $300 for 3 bdrm units). All Rates are subject to 12.5% Florida state taxes and Cleaning Fee ($75 for 2 bdrm units and $100 for 3 bdrm units). Rates include Beach Service at GulfCrest Beach (2 cushioned lounge chairs and a large umbrella) in season. NO SMOKING OR PETS!!!!!!!!!! Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Payment ProceduresWe require the refundable deposit check within 7 business days of booking. Please mail your deposit check to: Meyer Realty, Inc., 69 Garnet Place, Destin, FL 32541.Upon receipt of your deposit check, we will mail you a confirmation letter. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and may be made via personal check, Visa or Mastercard. There is a $25 processing fee for credit cards. Upon receipt of your full payment check, we will mail you our GulfCrest Information Packet along with the access code to your unit (we have keyless entry systems on all our doors). Your original deposit check will be returned to you after our housekeeping staff checks out the unit at the end of your stay.
Cancellation PolicyWe do prorated refunds for cancellations in the event of a hurricane evacuation. Cancellation for other reasons on less than 30 days notice result in a forfeiture of your deposit check if we cannot re-rent the unit.Return from Rental Rates to GulfCrest home page |
